...happens with tractor trailers all the time. From what I know there aren't laws in VA about mud flaps but there are in alot of states. Washington being one of them. I've never had a rock or anything for that matter get thrown into my windshield by big mud tires, but tractor trailers with all season tires chuck stuff at me all the time

Wow, sounds like what I did. My buddy was behind me in his Exploder and I started ripping a burnout at a stop sign and the next day he told me I shot a rock up and cracked his windshield. It was minor, though, but he wasn't too thrilled.

AAHHHHHHAHAHA!!! the Ape Drap!!!
i'de think since you have stock flaps already installed, i don't think it should be a problem. from what i understand, most of the laws around the country in relation to that just say that you have to have something on, but no requirements in relation to tire size or anything else. but, then again, being from michigan, we don't have any laws regarding mud flaps, black out lights (like what i did), fender flairs, ride hight, or anything. the only real laws we have in place is that it can't be falling apart on the freeway, and cops just politely ask you to replace your lights if they are burned out.
