Wheel Question
All
I know this is a common question and probably has been asked way to many times but the search function of every forum sucks. More then half the items pulled up have no bearing on the actual question. So with that being said here we go. I have a bone stock 97' Cherokee Country (not Up-Country) I know the difference. I'm looking to replace the horribly corroded factory alloy wheels. I know they are 15x7 5.25 back space 32 offset 5-4.5 bolt pattern etc... I'v done my research however I can't seem to find any info as what I can safely run for a replacement on a stock setup. Tons of info out there if I have a lift, 3.75-4.25 off set is recommended 15x8 blah blah blah. I just want a simple answer as to what I can actually run in a 15x7 or 15x8 BlackRock or Cragar or comparable wheel. Any help is greatly appreciated. Oh and please don't answer with on my XJ with a **inch lift I run this setup with no issues. That doesn't help and you are only pushing this thread away from what it actually is about.

Welcome to CF.
I'd say you'd be fine with 15x7's with 4.25 b/s. I'm running Black Rocks with those specs and 235/75-15 tires.
I do have a 2" lift but honestly believe I'd be fine at stock height. Here's a couple pics that may help:

Thanks for your reply. This is my wife's Daily Driver not looking to increase tire size, or lift it, just looking to ditch the corroded factory alloys with some black steel wheels that we can throw the current tires on.
