how many of you DIDN"T have to cut a seized/rusted bolt on your leaf springs or upper rear shock mounts?

I've got a clean '99, arizona jeep, no rust, and I'm wondering what my chances are that i'll have to cut the bolts with a sawzall or something like that? is it a for sure thing, or are my chances good for a problem free swap?

I live in Jersey and my Jeep was rusted badly. I had no problem with the shackle bolts for the leaf springs. But I broke all the upper shock mounts. I did use PB Blaster 2 weeks prior to everything, too.
