Mine are rusted through and I wanted some that sound nice (but won't make me sound like a d-bag) and I do go wheelin' if that changes anything.

Check out www.Hottexhaust.com That is where I got the magnaflow resonator and 3" turbo muffler for my turbo civic. and all for under $200. Great product and sound in my opinion. If my jeep didn't already have a flowmaster on it when I got it then there would be a magnaflow. That is what I'm going to get for a replacement cat when mine croaks!

This is what i have. Sounds good low rumble @ idle and I can tell a difference in performance.

Flowtech Raptor Turbo Performance Muffler
eBay $24.99> Item number: 400009359185

2.25" Catalytic Converter High Flow Stainless Steel
eBay $47.99> Item number: 380085077902

Just type in the item number in the eBay search

Plus 100 bucks @ local muffler shop to weld it on.

In my opinion, get a new high flow cat, and run straight pipe back as far as you want.

its high flow and high clearance. technically, any aftermarket cat (even an OEM replacement) will flow better than a stock one simply bc theyre cheap

Ok guys, my parents have agreed to get me a new cat and muffler lol. I like the idea of that high-flow cat.

But I was wondering, will a $50 cat hold up good?

Any more recommendations for cheap cats&mufflers for under $200?

Are those flowtech mufflers any good?

And the thing I am most concerned about is not having it sound like a rice burner or raspy if you know what I mean.

I just want a nice, low rumble.
