Default Where does this pulled wire go?

Hey all, got this 95 xj with the 4.0 for free because it had 300000 miles and leaked everywhere, and the doors didnt lock. Two weeks later it got stolen and recovered, but for the couple days the thief had it he decided to yank out half the wires in the engine bay. I reconnected the spark plugs and injectors and played guess and check with a variety of other sensors and vacuum lines.

Looks like I got all of them back where they belong, except for one unconnected wire which I cant find any reference to in the repair manual, online, or any socket. If anyone has any clue where this goes, or if its supposed to be disconnected, please let me know! its on the battery side of the engine bay coming out next to the wiper fluid bottle. I attached some images.

Please take some time to fix the wire nuts so we don't have to read how your Jeep burned down 3 months from now.

Not sure what this means, but the wiring is a complete mess in general with half the wires frayed and taped, so organizing all that is definitely on the to do list after i get it driving fine again!
