Whine Noise under Acceleration

I'm trying to figure out this whine noise I hear under acceleration. The pitch gets higher the more revs I give. I don't seem to hear it when I rev in neutral. It kinda sounds like a crappy supercharger.

The first video is short but the noise is more clear. The second video the noise appears after I turn, then road/exhaust noise take over. It's slightly louder in reality, the mic on my phone tried it's best. Turn up your volume!
