whoops....
Well I was gonna take of my IAC and clean it so I move some wires and vac lines outta the way put my torx bit driver in gave it a turn and SNAP torx bit broke in two. An ideas on getting that screw out or am I gonna have to remove whole TB?

They are locktited in. you need a good quality torx and plenty of leverage to get it out. a needle nose vice grips might help break it loose also.
You don't need to loctite it when you reassemble. It's not going anywhere if you snug it up.

no pics sorry I havent even looked how to post pics yet. crapy store brand and kinda rusty. It was a pretty tight fit but I think I could have gottin it if it didnt break. Ill try vise grips if not Ill proble have to take it all out and get one of those striped screw kits or something.

Before you use the vice grips put your soldering iron on it and heat the bolt up, this will soften the blue loctite and let you turn it out. shouldn't be too hard.

I would pull the TB to get a closer look and not have to lean over to get to it but that is cause my junk is lifted and I'm short.
