Yeah I did a wet compression test and it stayed at 0 psi. Then it must be something on the head right? Things I should know before removing it? Any suggestions on what I should look for?

Yank the head.... You will prob be better off geting a used motor and throw in it...... #6 had no compression on ours... yanked head... and half the piston was gone.... but you prob have a bad head... but if its been sitting for awhile and got water in it.. then dont try to patch it up... get a used motor out of junk yard... and have fun...BUT WE NEED PICTURESSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSS gota have pics...
