Isnt the rubicon on coils front and rear? if so then no you will need to weld on leaf spring perches on the rear axle. for the front i believe they ar much narrower than a cherokee axle. not sure do a little research measure take pics etc. good luck man

caliper mounts may be the only difference.
also, you would need a compressor and switch to use the locker.
