Default Winch bumper

If I remove these bolts to put on the winch bumper..does it affect anything when I take them out?

Yes.
Those hold your power steering gear box in place. Be very careful reinstallig the bolts since it's easy to strip the threads in the box.

Drain the p.s reservoir
Disconnect the hoses from the gear box
Disconnect the coupler from the gear box input shaft
Disconnect the draglink
Remove remaining mounting bolts
