Default Window Problem

I did the saftey switch by pass. It was the first thing i did. Now my safty switch just dosent work. So do you think it could be the drivers side switch?

I think he means the switch on the inside on the door where you child proof the door.

Default Window Problem

Well i fixed it. It was the a broken wire on the drivers side door. So at least its fixed. Thanks for all the help.

MY 1999 Ccherokee does the same thing thank god its not just me, mine is the driverside door and it sucks because we are having a heat wave out here in cali

i have had the same window motor problem for the fifth time now. twice i got it repaired within the 3 year warranty for free the other times i have had to pay up to US$ 150/- each time to get it fixed. anyone buying jeep should beware of window motor problems. My jeep is a May 2005 cherokee and has just crossed warranty but have had window motor problem five times already.
