Glad you got this far.

Hopefully someone will have a quick answer but have to wonder if the intermittent board is okay after all and problem is indeed the switch or motor circuitry that controls the hi-lo function as you and others have suggested.

 

ok let me correct my findings I had it a little screwed up,.. With the delay box out I have a low speed and a high speed the problem I have is that the pump for the wiper fluid is on constantly?? It will drain the cannister till it is empty?? I am guessing the wiper motor is good maybe the switch itself is bad?? I have changed the multi function and still the same if you reinstall the delay box they will not shut off .. Without the delay box they operate fine and will shut off in the park position?/ Anybody have any ideas?? Really do not want to take the colume apart if I don`t have to?? Thanks
