Default wiring problems? or fuse problems? any ideas?

I'm having issues with my wiring i need help asap. I was playing with a reverse camera i just bought but i lost the actual power cord so instead i just attached some wiring to it and hooked it up to the same ground that my cd player is hooked up to. and nothing happened. Then i ran it to my 12v that goes to the cd player and my cd player went out and also my dome lights. I checked my fuses and none seemed to be blown under the dash...is there another fuse box aside from that one and the one under my hood that i don't know about? there's no power going to those cords right now....i tried touching them together and i got nothing!

Alright so i checked under the passanger side and i didn't see a third fuse box. Unless i'm missing something lol should i be unscrewing things to get to it or will i just see it? ifnot then the only ones i know of are under the driver side and the one under the hood. and i checked my deck and there's no fuses there and the fuses to my amp are all good....but i know it has to be a joint fuse problem because the dome lights don't work either and they aren't blown.....and the power and ground wire aren't showing any power at all when they touch. any ideas of where a third fuse box might be in my 94 jeep cherokee? if a third one exsists?

Read the freakin owners manual, it will tell you where the fuse panels are.

dude its really that simple, passenger side, under dash, on the kick panel on the right, there wil be a little indention in which u put your finger in and pull, it will reveal lots of fuses, then look at the owners manual and it will show you which ones do what
