Did you show your results from the post-O2 test? Maybe I missed them. Since you're replacing your MAP I'm going to assume it didn't pass. Just curious about the difference in numbers pre and post-O2 replacement, if there were any differences.

Before and after installing a Bosch o2 sensor.
Improved a lot, hoping the map sensor will finish it up.
I know I have a hole in my exhaust manifold, hoping to avoid fixing this for now.

Napa premium (echlin) map sensor made it pass, I'll post up numbers in a few, op, I'd test if not buy it (use it to pass) and then return it. May be worth a shot!

Did it make a dramatic improvement in the numbers or were you still just squeaking by? I ask because if your MAP is causing a lean condition and replacing it normalized your emissions then I would just replace the MAP sensor. Running lean will raise internal and exhaust gas temps and eventually fry your CAT which is a bigger pain to replace than the MAP sensor, and a lot more expensive.
