If it's a moisture problem - a spray bottle of water, windex, 409 etc will find it easy. Spray it around ignition wires, distributor, plug boots etc, while it's running - hit the spot you'll know it, it runs bad or dies.

Coolant temp sender(s) will not cause it.

Check the IAT - the AIR INTAKE TEMP SENSOR. Have someone use a scanner to see what it's reading. If it "thinks" it's hot but it's not, it will act like it's trying to start but won't start - or be very hard to start.
Try dribbling a teaspoon or 2 of gas in the TB, that's usually enough to get it started. Runs bad a moment, then runs good for the rest of the day.

Try unplugging it, then plug it back in - may be just a bad connection.

Fuel pump only runs for a few seconds when you turn the key on. Easy to "not" hear it.

You think it could be moisture? Because wouldn't it do it other times when its really humid or raining? I'm just trying to wrap my head around it. But I'm pretty sure I hear the fuel pump the few seconds it runs when I turn the key when it starts normally because its pretty obvious sounding. But the times it doesn't start I don't hear it.
And I've tried the "poor man's prime" and it still doesn't start.

Also don't think its moisture because of the valve on the fuel rail didn't have anything come out when it didn't start last night. So I'm not getting fuel

Then you've localized it.

Check the voltage right at the pump's connector to see if it's there when it doesn't start.

NO? Fix the wiring, swap the relay with the horn relay.

Voltage good? Replace pump, but first check the ground strap to the tank.

Is there any reason why the fuel pump would just not work when it's cooler outside? Because any other time, it's okay. I'm still wondering if it is something else. Wouldn't the fuel pump be running bad all the time?
