My head unit is on. but it wont turn fully on? That seems to be the only thing I cant find AT the moment that is on???? The taking off the ground and touching the terminal thing did show that there is power being drawn by something or somethings....
So I guess how do i start to fix this new problem?

I'm not too experienced when it comes to finding what's pulling amps but I managed to diagnose my prob...I had just wired my Hellas and my stereo and had a dead battery a few days later...so I had it narrowed it down to those two things...I'd say buy a tester and see If you can find something pulling power when the jeep is off

The stereo should be wired to both. 12v constant and 12 variable. The variable goes to ignition or fusebox so it cuts off when you turn the ignition off. 12v constant is so your time and stations remain in memory

wiggle your leads and tighten them. Probably not the issue, but it gets me more often than not.
Check the ground from the block to the firewall.

I wiggled my leads. I also took off my starter. Cleaned it. Put it back on. Took out my head unit. Made sure it was all good. put EVERYTHING back on correctly. Double Checked everything. Tightened my belt to make sure the alternator was good. And thru the battery charger on with it on FULL and boom. She fired right up. **** me off.
