That really scares me mine could have been really bad. Almost slid off a forest road at around 40 but the worst part was the drop to the bottom. We assume 75 feet or so but we really couldn't see the bottom that well. I was hanging one tire off the edge.

I see lots of DOM tubbing to make a chuggy (cherokee buggy)! Or if you cant swing it, the JY roller. If your bumper is pushed sideways and in, i would bet my house that your mounting points are toast. the pillars will never be stong again without a)extensive cutout and replacement or b)caged support. Either way, sorry for your loss, glad your ok
