Wrench cuz my hood won't open

A short handled wrench, a bent "distributor type" wrench. a 1/4 " drive socket, are possible options. I have not done this before however. Sometimes I have made my own, cut the wrench handle length, heat handle in a vice and hammer it to bend it, etc....

I needed to do this myself a couple weeks ago. I used a socket and a "wobble" extension to help give me the angle needed to get to those bolts. I think they were 13mm.

You can pop the hood if you lay on the ground under the front and put your arm up thru between the crank pulley and radiator. Feel for the metal rod that is on the underside of hood and just pull down on it and it'll release both sides granted you don't have anything else wrong besides the cable
