Excuse me for asking a most likely stupid question.. But why the hell does the horn have only one electrical connector? I'm no electrical genius but I think I'm pretty sure for something to be powered it has to have a ground and power. Is the mount for the horn a ground?

Yes. Your ground is the mount to the frame.

Ok. Heres my question. I wanna hook up a set of hella square lights to where they come on when i put my headlights on, i have the putco harness already so i know the "extra power" is going thru that n not to my headlight switch. Do you think i should hook up an additional relay and splice into the putco power source/headlight switch? Or new relay-> switch wire to headlight "power wire" and such?
Let me know if any of this sounds dumb, its fluent in my head but as far as typing it i dont know lol. Thnx

On my 99 Cherokee, my radiator leaks when cold. When warm no leaks ans holds pressure. Temp runs right at 210 when rock crawling.

Do I need a new radiator, and if I replace it I was an all aluminum one, no plastic. Who is the best source?

Easy one:
Renix pressure bottle is in the back passenger corner of the engine bay.
97+ overflow bottle is in the driver fender.
Where's the overflow bottle for pre-97 HOs?

I want to flush out and check my 784s.

If I use a car battery, 12v , to open them will that hurt the injectors? Or should I just get a 9v battery?

12V is fine. You can also use a 9V wall adapter
