Essentially the same as the Jeep NV3550 that came in TJs, except the bellhousing mounting bolts are different, as are the input/output splines. It won't fit in a jeep unless you swapped in the dodge v8 also.

Yea that's a dodge truck transmission - came in 1500 Rams and Dakotas mainly behind the 5.2L v8. Also came in some Chevy trucks IIRC (but with different specs)

Heater core is hidden inside your dash. The hoses for it are the two that run along the passenger side of the engine right into the firewall. To be honest I'm not 100% sure which one is hot and which is return, I *THINK* that the hot one is the one attached to the thermostat housing right beside the upper rad hose. Can't remember where the other one ends up. Anyway to flush the heater core you want to start by backflushing it - since the water pump normally will push sediment from the hot -> return lines you want to blast water in the return line, pushing things back out the way they came.

I always thought that coolant was basically lime Kool-Aid lol. Sediment forms when the Jeep hasn't been offroaded enough, letting the crystals settle instead of being dissolved in the water
