It's opposite. Think about it...On a narrower wheel the wide tire tread will pull the sidewall bead out against the inside of the rim of the wheel, requiring less air pressure to keep it seated. The issue comes from the opposite condition, where the tire is the same (or narrower) than the wheel. In this case the air pressure does all the work to keep the bead seated.

The part between the cylinder and switch
I bought a new ignition switch and while removing the old one a piece of metal fell out. There is a part between the lock cylinder and the ignition switch which has a rod inside a metal part which acually turns the switch and the rod apparently also controls the switch somehow. The piece of metal that fell out is half of the part that actually turns the switch.
Can that part be replaced and how? What is it called to order it?
Also, maybe my old switch is fine. Can I test the switch while it is unscrewed from the column? It may be that the broken part is just failing to turn the switch far enough to engage the starter and maybe the same with a new switch.
Thank you I have a 98 Cherokee 6 cyl.

Here are the results after 1st emissions try, it failed both (HC) and (CO) tests. Please help me figure out why.
Hydrocarbons (HC) in PPM:
Carbon monoxide (CO) in %:
1st idle reading:
(HC): 268
(CO): 3.44
Pre Condition reading:
(HC): 308
(CO): 7.44
Pre Condition standard:
(HC): 100
(CO): 0.50
Final reading:
(HC): 243
(CO): 2.66
Idle standard:
(HC): 220
(CO): 1.20
This is a friends vehicle i do not have any info on previous maintenance or upkeep. My plan is to start with a good seafoam treatment and new spark plugs. If anyone has any other info or knows more about what each one of these numbers mean please respond here.
Thanks guys!

I just installed a new drum spring kit on my Jeep XJ. Anyone know what these parts below are? Because they seem to be left over...
