AW4
It is only a matter of time but I am looking for a replacement tranny for my 91.
Question is about replacing the AW4 with another. All are years compatible or do I need to look for a specific year(s) as a viable replacement?
Is there any upgrade possible or should/must I stay with the same model?
Thanks

What is this doo hickey thing? It normally hangs up on my ceiling but long story short it snapped. I thought it was something for my keyless entry/alarm system but they still work just fine. Any clues?

If you guys remember yesterday I asked about a coolant leak. Well I changed out my lower rad hose and flushed the coolant with peaks coolant flush system. All seem well when I started it up and when I went to drive it around. On the parkway it was running at 218 degrees then I got on a side road I was running 230-235 degrees. At one time I hit 243. Any idea why it's still running so hot? There aren't any leaks plus I have barely any if any heat inside..

How would you go about purging the system? I turn the heat all the way on w/out the rad cap and filled til it wouldn't fill no more.
