Thread wire up through the hole and out the opening in the crossmember, wrap it around the bolt threads, and pull. That way they bolt is pointing down and all you need to do is thread the nuts on. You would need a long box wrench to hold the bolt head while tightening the nut.

Sorry, I'm not b/c what you're describing is basically impossible. This makes absolutely no sense. In the photos posted, the bolt is facing DOWN. How the heck do you put a bolt through a nut that is jammed into a tiny space that doesn't fit your hand?????? There is a small "crawl space" ABOVE the hole in the unibody (or frame, or whatever the F it's called). You are saying to put a nut UP in there inside a box wrench. Then you're supposed to fish a bolt ALSO up in that little space ABOVE the frame, and magically thread your bolt thru a nut that you can't even SEE? Then,once the bot is wrenched thru the nut, the bolt can then drop down thru the hole in the frame, and then stick out and point down like in the photo? BOTH the nut and bolt are currently ABOVE the hole in the frame. How on earth are you supposed to turn the bolt (or even stand it up) while they are both in that tiny little cavity above the hole in the unibody/frame?

Simple. Nut taped to wrench. Feed nut in.
Run bolt thru the bar pin on the shock then thread thru the hole that said nut is waiting for on opposite side!

You are waaaaay over thinking it. 1000's of people can figure out how to do it. Your the first person I have ever seen have this big of a problem.
