Do they ever need replacing?

Alright I got the manifold on, had to go with a Dorman, started it up, watched the smoke, drove it around and noticed the high idle (1250 rpm) of a vacuum leak. Now the thing is every hose is connected and none are very brittle or cracked. I also made sure that the intake was on the dowels too. What else could I be missing?

Did someone here post about a short they had with their PCM/ECM/ECU ground getting all messed up b/c of some mounting screws? Is this what they were talking about? These 2 must not touch the frame?

The one on the left if your oil temp sending unit. Cant tell from the one on the right, where does the wires go to?

Default limited slip

i have the chrysler 8.25 and the jeep is a daily driver so i dont want non-selectable lockers, but the selectable ones are expensive. has anyone gone the aftermarket limited slip route? any suggestions?

That would be your oil pressure sending unit. Not oil temp

After market limited slips are expensive too. A selectable locker is worth the money if you need the traction.
