I ran 3.75 backspaced d-windows with 10.50s on stock lca's. You'll be fine.

I got headaches after awhile. For offroading I take my muffler and tailpipe of and run it out the side with a turndown. Sounds badass. I would suggest leaving the muffler on if its a dd

Default 2002 4 cyl sport - belt tension

Serpentine belt went slack so I replaced it. The new belt is still a bit slack even when the tensioner is screwed right in. I did first slack off the idler pulley bolt and tightened it again after screwing in the tensioner. The belt is the correct one and a genuine part. Can this slack be taken up on my model by adjusting the position of the steering pump, or the alternator as in earlier models. Any help much appreciated. Regards from South Africa!

Yea...just a waste on a six cylinder that's all. I don't know of duel outlet headers bit I know you can get a single inlet duel outlet muffler and bend custom pipe.

So no muffler on a DD is a bad idea? I ran a glass pack on my last DD jeep and it didn't bother me
