Im installing new lower control arms on my xj right now. When I removed the stock ones I noticed on one side of the control arm bushings theres a large washer like piece, where the other side doesnt have one. Same with the new lower arms, the washer like piece is only on one side. Does it matter which way they are pointing upon install? On the stock arms in place the driver and passenger lower controls arms had the washer type piece pointing to the driver side. Any ideas?

Noob question and I know it's beat to death. Cut and rolled my rear fender line and now the fronts with the new KM2's are rubbing at full lock on the inner fender. There is a piece of metal that juts out into the fender from the fender wall; that's what I'm rubbing on. Can I cut these back? Any pics needed lemme know and I'll snap them in the AM.

Okay. That's what I figured because they probably provide some support I'm some way. It was just the inner fender so idk if I could take them all the way back. But the roll does seem better. Alright. Thanks boss.

notice how one side has the washer/ring piece, when the other side doesnt.

Until I hear otherwise I installed the new rc fixed lower control arms just like the stock ones were, with the washer type piece on each end of the control arms pointing to the driver side.
