Good info, Im going to look into rotella 5w40 to replace my existing rotella 10w30 now that its cold.

Should I get a synthetic oil or reg oil? I have never heard of rotella, if I go with this which one should I get ?

Lol that sparked some funny comments. For the one who asked, its actually a diesel engine oil with a high zinc content which 4.0's are known to like.
