I'm sure it'll be close enough.

I doubt an 1/8" is going to make it explode.

A 1/2" on the other hand...

The book was written in Jamaica.

4.8 Pints = 2.4 quarts

Dremel in a vice at low speeds? Pretty well. Its just gonna be a straight line and ill spin the spacer not the dremel.

I'd suggest chucking the spacer up in a lathe and turning it down the the proper height.

Perfection to the nearest .0001.

I'm changing the cluster out on a 97 xj from the idiot light style to the full guage style. Is there anything sensor wise that needs to be changed?

Them OBD-II Jeeps only have a single CTS which is used by the ECU. Doesn't need to be changed on 97+
