Edit: make sure for 4.5" you get the full leaf packs. Don't cheap out.

I always recommend the Iron Rock Offroad double shear, based on my own experience with it and the reasonable price.

The TC drop moves the problem from the driveshaft to the motor mounts. Instead of doing an Slip Yoke Eliminator to fix the problem with the slip yoke, a TC drop tilts the engine and trans toward the rear axle to bandaid the problem.

At 3" you're supposed to have one. At 4.5" you need one. I don't care who says they don't use one, it will never be aligned or fully stable without an adjustable track bar.
I always recommend the Iron Rock Offroad double shear, bases on my own experience with it and the reasonable price.
