Oh TJ drivetrain is pretty much identical to the XJs barring the stupid automatics and obvious wheelbase differences. 2.5L came with the AX-5 and NP231. On at least the 4.0 the engine block and accessory configuration is slightly different but that's because of different mounting. They certainly work the same. What year?

Nice. Rust specialties are the floors of the tub and front fenders... if those are clean then the rest of it probably is too. If you do the standard mods (4.0 TB for it lol) and get it running again you should indeed be able to make some dough

What would make me get a check engine light for the aux fan if my aux fan works? It comes on with the ac and to my knowledge comes on when it gets hot. The jeep has the idiot light type guages so it's hard to tell exactly where it engages. Any ideas? Thanks
Btw this is on a 99 xj
