My dad is trying to talk me out of it.

My symptoms include
Milky oil on the dib stick and oil leaking from that part of the block.
Idk what else could be leaking

How good of a recovery point is a front hitch receiver?

My JCR bumper with reinforcements is ****. Otherwise I think IRO makes a super strong tow hook set up.

I highly recommend the basic bumper from JCR with the unibody reinforcements. Very strong and we'll built.
