Left headlight and both signal lights (the orange lights below and next to the headlight) are very dim. When lights are on my left signal doesn't work, it just gets stuck on, out side and as well as the dashboard... Everything works fine when the lights are off.. I replaced the bulbs on all the orange lights on the front (both sides) so thats not it.. Any ideas of what to try?

Should some rockers be a tad loose due to where the lifter is sitting on the lobe? The bolts feel tight and I don't want to over do it.
