Anyone reading this:
Keep in mind the axle moves in an arc due to the suspension design. The LCAs should position the tires so they're centered in the wheel well at full compression. That means they will sit back a bit at ride height.

Getting another idea about my hum/vibration at 55mph, when I replaced my clutch the input shaft on the ax15 had some definite play, could there be a bad bearing?

Mine sit pretty far back. And im not installing them til i increase my lift ~1"

Click here, and check out the chart. It shows the ideal Lower Control Arm length for each lift height. The measurement are in inches, center-to-center of the holes.

Aftermarket LcA should be installed with a 3" lift. UcA can stay stock until 4.5" lift. I just did a 3" lift and my axle was practically hitting the wheel well. After install, what a wor of difference. Just saying, if its a DD, do it safe and right

I opted to trim more sheet metal from the rear of the opening, but longer LCAs would've been ideal. If I had 31s under my 3" lift, I would've been fine. I cut more to clear my steering with 33x12.5s.

Correct. Shackles are 1" longer, and will give .5" lift at a 45° shackle angle.
