I tried putting a piece of metal over it with 3 clamps(one on the hole, two on each end). But that didnt seal it enough.

2 questions here:
Heat is not hot. Its rather cold. Air comes out, but its cold. Im going to do a heater core flush, but is there any other suggestions yall have?
Second, i have old Turbines on it. They were on when i bought it. 3 of the 5 look great but the other look like crap. Covered in black crud which I imagine is brake dust. What should I do to get them to look decent again?
