What truck would you be looking to pull a front shaft out of for a 3in lift?
Also, this is going to sound a bit stupid but here it goes. Why do so many people paint the rear quarters with bed liner? I understand bed liner is tough and won't really scratch but what you are trying to protect (meaning the paint) is gone. Or am I missing something? Obvious noob question..

CPS Testing
Crankshaft Position Sensor Connector (CPS/CKP)
TESTING PROCEDURE 1991 – 2001 4.0L H.O. engines
1. Near the rear of intake manifold, disconnect sensor pigtail harness connector from main wiring harness.
2. Place an ohmmeter across terminals B and C (See Image). Ohmmeter should be set to 1K-to-1OK scale for this test.
3. The meter reading should be open (infinite resistance). Replace sensor if a low resistance is indicated.

You pull a front shaft from a 4.0 4x4 automatic Jeep Cherokee.
If your Jeep is 4.0 4x4 auto you can put your front shaft in the rear after you install an SYE.
People paint the rear quarter because they like the way it looks... That's the only legit reason I can come up with.
Folks cut and fold the rear fender and quarter and use thick stuff to cover up the flaws.
I did it because I like the way it looks. Poor folks body armor.

Yes. The difference is that the front drive shaft has a slip joint already in it. It will extent and collapse. It's basically the same thing as the shaft they sell you to go with your SYE.
THIS ONLY WORKS WITH AN SYE...

Last time i checked. Which was yesterday by the way. that it was alot easier to wash the mud and dirt out of the bed of my dads Dodge. which has linex bedliner. with a pressure washer. To me its alot easier compared to when it was not bedlined. and maybe i should have said helps prevent rust? would that clear that lil misunderstanding up for you guys who have to pluck one persons laziness at typing out two extra words. yes im lazy. get the hell over it. oh maybe if you turned the pressure down on your washer you wouldnt have that problem.or you knew how to operate the different nozzles.
