You don't have enough expand-a-foam in the ductwork.

It's the pigtail. You need to replace the pigtail for the switch and check the pigtail on the back of the box. If its bad you need to replace it too. I'd recommend going to the JY to get them, I was never able to find the pigtails by theirself anywhere. Just go to the JY and pull 3-4 a piece and some switches and you'll be good for a long while.

Depends what your problem is. A CPS can go out, or sometimes it can malfunction depending on the situation. If its bad and you have a Renix, then yes you can have some spark. If its bad and you have a HO (non renix) then no spark.

As long as it comes with the pigtails. I've yet to find a setup that does, or at least for less than a few hundred bucks.

Like cruiser54 mentioned the K&N type filters just suck up hot engine bay air and present a maintenance issue.

The Spectre filter draws air in through the cowl below the windshield. You should see a bump in fuel economy when the ambient air temperature is lower than the engine bay temperature with any intake that pulls from the cowl. (Many homebrew mods to accomplish this, including some ABS elbows from the air box to the cowl and sealing the airbox itself). You could also relocate the IAT out of the intake manifold to help out. If you're in desert land this should help quite a bit.

Not sure about the fuel rail return line but the injector rings are pretty standard and can be found at NAPA

Is the fuelrail line one of those things that you can pull at a Jy(assumin you find a good condition one?) or it is something you should avoid gettin used?

Yeah i think i may do a homebrew cowl intake, but i have a renix and it seems it may be harder to do without a lip on the throttle body like 91+ has. But i havnt seen many pictures of it done on a renix so I may be wrong.

The previous owner rigged up the fuel line horribly, especially since the rigged return line sits right above my exhaust leak which gets very hot back there due to that. Melted the cps wires back the cause of it.

Most of the home made ones I've seen (including mine) retain the stock tube on the TB. Dukie564's keeps the stock air cleaner
