The headers won't but the exhaust manifolds will with a little modding. Keep in mind there is no O2 sensor bung or EGR tube.

Here's one I did last weekend. The second photo shows where you have to file/grind the Renix intake manifold.

What do ALL of the vaccum lines going to the ball in bumper do. I relocated it and the damn things in the way. Id rather get rid of it but im not sure what it controls.

I do not have Vac disconnect axle and I do not have the a/c hooked up anymore. Ripped out everything but the compressor. Cruise control also ia not needed and does not currently work.
Leave it off then.

Is any of it connected to the intake? If i started ripping the lines out would it cause any vaccum leaks?

Yes. Plug the line running back to the intake and you'll be fine.

Don't RIP them. TRACE them. Rearmost vacuum fitting on the intake manifold is the one you're looking for.

Just outta curiousity, I think I could get a better deal piecing together my own lift, but I'm wondering if individual parts come with instructions on installation. I haven't done any lifts and I'm new to jeeps really so instructions are vital lol.

Several companies have downloadable PDF installation instructions.

When I bought my RE extended rear brake line, it came with the lift kit instructions for a 3.5 inch lift and like 6 stickers, i guess that's the bag the. Put all that stuff in when the put a lift kit together. My track bar is the only other item that came with instructions, but they weren't worth a damn anyway. Pieced my kit together too.

I like the dirtbound extreme hoop kit. I'm gonna buy an l&l winch bumper and run a dirt bound hoop kit.

Ok so I need some help or a direction to be pointed in.
My XJs right rear leafs, u-bolts (bent), and shim (may be bent as well) are off centered (maybe a 1/4 inch). I dont know if the centering pin is broken or not on the leaf spring perch, which is also bent. I have the RE 3.5 superflex lift which came with full leafs. i dont know what angle degree the shims are so i need help with that one or advice on an angle degree I should get. one other thing, it drives good... for the last 5k miles like this I know im crazy..
On the leaf spring perch I understand that I would need to cut it off and weld up a new one. Then I can install the shim, leafs, and u-bolts.
While doing this, I guess it makes sense to do both sides too lol

The kit comes with 6 degree shims iirc. I use 4 degree shims. Just weld up a new perch, if you can't BFH the existing one back into shape and use new u bolts.
