I've broken a lot of hf stuff, and have a lot of their stuff that has worked fine. I have broken their extensions an ratchets, but I was probably abusing them. No tighter than aluminum transfer case needs to be put together, I think you will be fine.

Honestly their hand tools as in sockets ratchets wrenches and all arent that bad. My wife works at one and i get everything for about 30-40% off and I buy all kinds of stuff. Some of their stuff is cheap junk but you can tell as soon as you pick it up. I plan on getting one of their pro series tool boxes soon. They are so nice and worth the money.

I broke one 1/4" extention but it was my fault because what i was using it on should have used a 3/8-1/2" drive. Thats my only comolaint. But i also get the tools at a major discount compared to most so thats why i love em. $4 for a whole set of either metric or standard is cheap enough to break all the time for me. Im not paying 200+ for a company name.
