That is a "Heater Control Valve." It diverts coolant flow when you're not using the heat.

Later models don't even have it. You can remove it and hook the hoses together...

My chilton book says i need to lift the rear of the vehicle to remove my rear sway bar. Is that actually necessary?

I've had a popping coming from my front end for quite some time now. New front wheel joints, tie rod ends, adj. front trac bar. I've looked at it and can't seem to find it. It used to only doing when I was in 4wd crawling up hills it'd pop whenever I'd bounce around. Now I noticed it does it when I put it in reverse or am backing up and I stoop. It'll clank, any ideas?

I've looked at the ujoint but they look fine?? Idk on the mounts but I can feel it in the pedal sometimes. And I'm pretty sure the shocks are tightened down, I can check

Just to get the tires off. I lifted my jeep by the axle, took the tires off, stripped the bolts and just went after the ****er with a sawzall. Took a little persuading to get it out, but it was easy.

Sorry I'm not perfect at spelling every word correct 100% of the time, stop* is what I meant. Any ideas or did you just have to get that said?
