Here's a question....
I'm gonna budget boost the DD to fit 30s (comfortably) and to make the hatch not hit my head. I will also probably buy some bilsteins I want a decent ride.
How bad would boomerang shackles be on stock leafs? They worn, but not W shaped. I was going to do an OME kit but I'm gonna focus my money on the "trail" rig.

It'll lift it... it'll ride worse... but it won't be horrible.
I actually prefer an add-a-leaf over a longer shackle when using the stock pack for a short term solution.

Can't be much worse than it is now. Lol shocks fault though.
From what you're saying maybe I should buy some monroes and not put bilsteins on, just wait til next year for the full blown OME kit.
I already have the shackles so I definitely want to use them. I also have 1 3/4" coil spacers.
I'll also add, that I don't think my stock shackles that are on there would last another year, they're rusted all to hell. Flakey and look dangerous.

Try this.
Looks like a lot more work than it's worth unless you're in it for the interior lights and cubby holes.
