Vacuum line. Go get some rubber hose that fits over both ends snugly and splice it back together. Or just replace the whole piece with rubber line.

Patch with shrink tube or RTV, or find a replacement.
If it is the MAP line, nobody makes one. Have to fix it or find one at a JY.

Does anyone happen to know what size the rubber fuel line is that connects the hard lines to the gas tank? I'm raising my tank so I'm going to extend them.
