In all seriousness, there is a tape like patch that acts like a cast (for broken arms) or there is a cement type compound that comes in a sleeve. For such a small hole, get the cement. In the end, the best would be to weld it. If the hole is as small as I'm thinking, a small tack weld would do well. Go to a muffler shop or a Midas. Most places, if you throw the welder $5-$10, will do it.

Ok guys, so I'm in need of a new radiator to replace my CSF 2 Row Aluminum one. Radiator barn refuses to honor my warranty, so i'm just gonna have to eat the cost.
i decided after this that I want to get one made of the copper/brass, and I was going to stick to the csf because it worked well for the time it lasted, but i'm having trouble finding a part number.. the one in csf's catalog is (according to the other places i'm looking) for the 98-01, with the transmission cooling lines on the pass. side.
I need the radiator this week, so i'm looking to find one that's in stock. Anybody have any ideas? I'm also willing to look into other brands, but i want a 2 or 3 row that will perform well, and i want the brass/copper material.

Ya it was a bit more than i wanted to spend. Now my only concern is the Sye install. And what xj driveshaft ill need. Isnt there a chart somewhere that showed different year xjs had different length front shafts? Or can I just go take any old one i want? Id rather not have to install the sye and then have to measure and hope our picknpull has a shaft I can use.

89 xj aw4 ...in a 97 xj
Acquired a 97 xj sport rwd and a needs a lot of work 89 laredo 4x4. Put the 4x4 trans and such in the 97. I am looking for any info on wiring diagrams for the trans. I am not having any luck searching the forum nor any motor books for the answer

Bedliner works great, as long as you sand it down, give it scratches.
Rustoleum or Duplicolor make trim/bumper paint that looks really good. Even has a pic of an XJ on it. Lol
