I recentley cut my rear fenders. I would have done the cut and fold but it was so rusty I decided not too. I put diamond plate there and where there were small gaps I just filling the inside with foam. You think that'll be okay?

It very much depends on the foam. If you're talking about Great Stuff, then no good (last I checked). The basic concerns are how the foam expands and the cell structure. Most cheap ones are latex based and actually react with atmospheric moisture, the fancy ones are endothermic and start hardening as soon as the gas is released and are impervious to water. Cell structure refers to open cell vs closed cell. Open cell is basically a hard sponge. The majority of expanding foams are in this category. Closed-cell foams don't soak up water. The ideal material is therefore not latex-based, water-resistant, and closed-cell. There's an automotive-specific variant called structural foam used for filling pillars and DOESN'T rust out, maybe a body shop has a connection.

The only way I'd run the off-the-shelf stuff is with proof that it's closed-cell or encapsulating the **** out of it. You can still have big problems that way though

Presto informato, front drive shaft lengths! There are many that may work - pick the best one. These are collapsed lengths, add 3 inches to get extended.

Sorry I just copied that from elsewhere. The slashes should be hyphens. IE, 1989 through 2001 4.0L automatic XJs all featured a front DS at 30.7" collapsed, part number 53005542

i put on kc lights on a pillar brackets. i want to rewire them but i dont know where to run the power wire.
Where in the firewall can i run the power wire?
There is no openings in the fire wall maybe i could drill somewhere?

Oh ook so i got the longest one. Atleast i hope so, it was an auto but i didnt check if it was the 4.0 but the 4 banger is so rare i doubt it was one of those. Thanks alot. I know i had seen that before somewhere. Savin that list haha.

Under the brake booster there is a grommet. You see the harness runnig trough there. Open it up a lil and run wire there

The little bezel with the brush? Reach fingers into the brush area and yank straight up
