The white xj I almost got had mild trimming on 6.5" with 37s you can check my album for a pic so 35s would be no problem on 6.5"

So I was trying to change my transmission mount today. Found out the two bolts that hold the mount to the transmission are stuck. And I mean I was using a torque wrench and couldn't get them out..

You guys have this problem?

Would an impact gun get them out you think?

Other option would be to find a local shop and have them do it... :/

Is that it? What filing exactly needs to be done?

I happen to have a photo. Imagine that. Notice the dirty hands....and that the manifold is upside down.

Thank you, sir. Am I missing any other changes? Seems easy since I've done an EGR delete, and it would open more header options.

Do you have a pic to compare that to a pre-filed-down mani since I haven't seen the ports on one?

Nah. Just look at the photo and you can get an idea how much needs to be removed. Visualize it. Cut it to fit and paint it to match.

Gotcha. Had to open it on the browser to see the details in the pic.

Is it correct that the rear brake hose from a '98 dodge dakota will bolt directly on a '87 xj and that it is longer than one from a yj?

Default Auto Trans Gear position indicator

Hey guys, my first post here. Y'all have been a big help so far without me askin' anything, but I'm not seeing a reference to this...

'92 Cherokee Laredo, I try to keep it in top shape, but something has come up...or broken actually.
The little red gear position indicator by the auto shifter on the floor console has become detached and sits up there in the park position, no matter where I shift. You guys know what I'm talking about.
What do I do to fix it? One of you guys has done this before...surely.
