^^listen to him he knows what he's talking about lol.
On my 98 it's a little different but instead of reusing the old pin I welded in a new bolt. I added a bushing and now they close perfect. I don't know if you can do the same on yours but you may be able to buy new factory bushings since you're are 22 years old and probably quite worn

Ok. Well damn I'm in the money then. No sagging, wires already have a connector. I don't have a reason not to. Lol
I alreay have one blazer tire carrier to make a tube door out of. There's plenty at the JY ($15) tube doors!
I only want tubes because police around here seem like they would jump on you for that.

For the interior lights just unscrew the switch the doors hit when closed on the body and remove the connector. You may have a small black connector by your other wires that when unplugged do the exact same thing

I went with these. Only problem I see with you is I had to drill out my home for the bushing and in turn the mirrors fit snug. They probably won't fit in your home unless you make a mount

Your drawing ...which inspired this ...
...which was assembled from this Gearwrench bit kit ...
...which kit has been sitting pretty much unused in my toolbox since I bought it years ago for a song at an Ace Hardware going-out-of-business sale (and never really used it until today lol).
And the use of which was applied to my front passenger droopy door ...and ...
FIXED!!!
The door opens and shuts level now. SWMBO was suitably impressed.
Kudos ODGreen!
Miller time!
...and this combo might also be used for the oil filter adapter per the previous discussion? And no welding necessary!

I plan on doing a write up in my build on Thursday or Saturday if I have time.

You're falling behind man in all finished up front and with a high of 70 all next week I'm pretty excited. Oh got me some mirrors too.
