Try this and report back, doesn't seem to be a problem though

As for the injectors heat soak is a problem on the 2000+ XJs with California Emissions. If you have the two-mini cats in your exhaust manifold and 4 O2 sensors it would be wise to just wrap them and not wait for problems. The mini cats throw off enough heat to boil the fuel in the injectors. Automotive stores have specific heat wrap tape.
Uhmmmm my jeep came from europe so idk lol its us legal tho I just started having the issues a few weeks ago got a p0205 code so I figured wth replace them all to four hole injectors it does run waaaay worse when its hot tho like today it was godawful

Are you perhaps saying that there is a way to get rid of the mini cats on my 00? As in the cali emissions was a "package"?

I would have to guess that even if there were 00s without them the numbers would be slim. Since a large # of vehicles are sold in California I bet they all have the cali emissions... Or not?...

To be more clear...

Started trails on new property. Got back to creek. Started running very bad.. Here is a link:

Syptoms-many cranks to start (but has a new starter). Finally fires, albeit slowly. Runs ok. When comes up to temp, starts bogging down. Hit the gas bogs right down. Idles ok. Runs ok down highway 10-15 minutes or so.
Have since replaced fuel filter and idle air control. I was driving over some pretty thick brush. Dunno.

I am puzzled. O.o

Pretty much unless you don't care about people climbing over your center console to get in the back. The seats have to be from a 2dr as well

ive got a 2000 4.0 xj and I have an 02 heater sensor high voltage check engine light on and when the jeep is at idle it runs rough and sometimes itll start to die and I have to rev it up to keep it alive and if I just let it run rough itll build up pressure and pop off the pcv valve line and the air filter hose off the throttle body and smoke will come out of the oil breather. It also has a neutral safety switch light on. has anybody else experienced this any ideas of what it could be? and it died I plugged everything back up and it started fine.

I just remembered the plug on my D35 Diff has a very slow leak, which is annoying since my driveway is angled. Can i just plug it up with a little RTV?
