all fuses under dash and hood are good, took apart headlight switxh, it's reading in the tolerances, took apart turn signal selecter lever on coloumn it's good, I'm freakin stumped, wish I could find a dedicated diagram to all the ground points...

Swap it out with a known good one, I wouldn't be surprised if all of the sudden your headlights worked perfectly
If that doesn't do it check all your grounds, if you have no joy then I'd say swap the headlight switch for a known good one.
Normally I don't recommend throwing parts at a vehicle but when they're as cheap as a relay or a JY headlight switch, why not. Plus with those two parts having a spare around is a good idea

Note that it could be the front bulb that's burnt out - the flashing circuit is connected between the front and rear.

You said the brake lights work? (note: brake lights are the portion that comes on when you step on the brakes, turn signals are a different bulb).

I totally read that wrong. Check the relay first. I read it as your dash lights weren't coming on but everything else was. Maybe I shouldn't reply to stuff on here when I've been awake for 26 hours

I already posted a thread but I will post ask you guys on here too. I have a 94 Grand Cherokee with the 4.0. The trani wouldn't shift into overdrive one day last August and would just get high RPM's as I went faster on the interstate. I tried to keep it under 3 grand on my way home but when I got to town it started slipping real bad in second. So, it took a long time but a buddy and I rebuilt the trani. The intermediate shaft and a plate had sheared.
We got it finished up last night, put new shaft and plate, new torque converter, filter, gaskets, ect... Put fluid in it tonight and started it up and it was shifting a little rough but not far from normal. I disconnected one of the hoses to check and see if the fluid was being pumped sufficiently and it poured out, so that is good. When we went for a drive in it, the shifting was pretty good but it wouldn't shift into overdrive, just like before. I don't know if it is the transmission control module or some sensor telling it not to. I do know that I don't want to take that trani apart again. That overdrive was a major pain.
Anyway, if anyone has any ideas, that'd be great.

Water pump removal! HELP
Hey there folks.
So I think i may have found the leak issue and I need a little help to get the ider pulley on the front of the water pump off. I see that it must come off but as I try to remove the bolts on it the pulley spins. UGH SO frustrating as I am afraid I will bend it. Any help would be great.
Thanks
Jon

Does anyone have pictures from a 6.5 inch speaker install in the doors and/or sound bar they can post or email to me? Bhsmith.FL@Gmail.com
I'm sure once I get started it will be easy but it would be nice to see some pictures first. I know I've seen some around here somewhere but I couldn't find them. Thank. You!

Fuse 7 (10amp) is for parking lights and dash illumination dimmer
Fuse 9 (5amp) is for instrument panel illumination
Fuse 4 (20amp) is for turn signals
i would check all of them though - it's possible yours is different (those numbers came from a 1988 FSM)
Afterwards, check the bulbs like i said above
