Just another quick question on stretching my frame back out. Would it make sense to use a torch and heat up the damage section before I stretch it? I'm worried about it tearing.

Get 91 and up. Or go get the chrome filler rod of a 89 and put it on.

Are the 91 ones more trimmed? The ones I have just don't jam up in there.

No. Less trimed. 84-90 had a metal trim rod that screwed to the nose. If you peek your head under the lip you will see little flat spots where self tapper screws can go. 91-96 didnt gave that trim piece and it was built onto the grill and head lights surrounds.

Removed brake caliper and one of the bolt holes that hold the caliper to the knuckles thread pulled right out of it. Like what the bolt threads into came out of the knuckle and so I can't replace the top bolt of the caliper. What should I do?

No the two bolts that hold the caliper to the knuckle thread through the caliper and into the knuckle. One of the threads in the knuckle pulled out and looked like a spring. So the bolt has nothing to screw into

I did the same thing, find a bolt that's the same size but just long enough to go through and fit a nut on. Worked great for me, just a little hard to get to the nut to tighten it. 89 Eliminator said in a thread I found his had been like that for like 4 years.

That's what I was planning on doing just didn't know if there was a preferred course of action. To lowes!
