The brake booster hose is the best way i have found. Disconnect it at the booster end.

Start with a warm running engine. SLOWLY let the vacuum of the engine suck up the fluid - should take about 5 minutes to suck it all up. The engine will bog down and cough, and may stall. If it does start it back up and keep going. And just to warn you it likely will spew out a ****load of white smoke - so you probably want to find an empty parking lot somewhere.

After you get it all in, shut it off and let it sit for 10 minutes. Then start it back up and watch the smoke fly. Keep the revs up above 2000 for a minute or so and then go take a "spirited" drive - really romp on the thing (and i'm serious about this, don't go easy on the truck - the harshness will blast all the crud out the tailpipe)

Disclaimer: Smokeshow results may vary. This will not harm your engine in any way.

The pump is in the rear hatch. Take off the interior panel and you will see it. Centered below the window.

When someone welds a diff, does that mean the gears are now worthless? I know the Jeep will run & the diff will be locked, but if say later I wanted to put a locker in a rear with a welded diff, would I have to replace/repair the gears?

Not sure if this will turn into a discussion ... maybe I should have started a thread ... hmmm ...
Thanks guys.
