It runs great doesn't lose power or anything. I got the parts from a fleet supply machine shop which ordered the parts for me. My neighbor works there so he had them get good parts. I had it machined there and I took everything home and rebuilt the engine completely.

Again... you do machine work? There is a difference between "rebuilt" and "refresh". rebuilt will include machining the block new pistons, rods, cam, ect.
Refresh will only be new rings and bearings. Reuse hard parts.
A worn out cam gear at the dizzy or the one on the dizzy can cause the code. You use the same old crusty dizzy? Old cam?

The machine shop bored the cylinders .30 over then the found out the head was cracked so the ordered me a new one. They inspected the crank and cam and the were good. They cleaned the block and gave me new piston heads, rings, lifters, gaskets, timing chain and gears and a bunch of other things I don't remember.
Check for play in the dizzy. Pop the cap. Twist the rotor. See if the shaft has play.

Anyone know how to get a bushing back into a control arm? Will a c-clamp do it or do I need a press? Or do I need a new bushing?

I guess I should have added that it happened while wheeling. I bounced sideways and hit the arm on a rock which made it slide over on the bushing. So its not like the bushing is bad. It just got knocked out a little.

I'd say try by hand or a c-clamp. If it doesn't work, try something bigger.
